ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The commitment

This site is meant to be usable by everyone, including men using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, or a larger text size. Insta GQ works to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and treats anything short of it as a fault to fix.

What is in place

• ✓Every photograph carries a written description of what it shows.
• ✓Text and background colours are checked to pass AA contrast, including the gold on dark.
• ✓Buttons, tiers and the gallery can all be reached and operated by keyboard, and the expanded image closes on Escape.
• ✓Videos play only when you press play. Nothing autoplays with sound.
• ✓Body text sits at 16px or larger and reflows when you zoom.

Known limits

The client videos are not yet captioned. Captions are being added. Until then, ask for a written summary of anything in them and it will be sent.
